**Customer Service Associate**
**Department:** Customer Service **Location:** Peterborough, NH
- **Educational requirements:** High school diploma or GED; advanced computer skills including working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel; and 2 to 4 years of related work experience**.**
- **Reports to:** Customer Service and Project Manager.
- **Primary job responsibility:** Provides inside sales support to customers and outside sales reps.
- **Essential functions of position:**
* Manages inquiries and requests for quotations;
* Accepts, processes, and tracks sales orders;
* Coordinates and shares order, sales, product, and technology information to ensure on-time delivery.
* Maintains communication with customers and potential customers;
* Maintains customer files and other documentation; and
* Other related functions as needed.
