Your role at The Flowerman will be to create flower arrangements in the retail department, provide friendly customer service, and to bring a positive attitude to the team. You will take orders from customers and be in charge of creating arrangements for our retail cooler and to design made-to-order arrangements for pick-up/delivery, run the cash register. Additionally, your duties will include answering the phone, mitigating product concerns within departments, and assisting brides. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members both on the phone and in person.
