Proscapes is looking to add to our highly efficient crew with an entry-level Landscape Laborer 1, starting at $16 per hour, with room for potential career advancement. You will report to the Landscape Foremen/Crew Leaders and ultimately the Field Coordinator for our busy season, April 1November 30. Employees generally work weekdays with an occasional Friday off, and all staff are expected to be available seven days a week, at all hours, during the winter season.
If you are looking to work outdoors, can repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, have strong communication and time management skills, and consider yourself a highly motivated individual, you might be the perfect fit for this landscape position.
Proscapes Landscape Laborers can expect to:
* Develop skillsets by working on expansive residential hardscape projects.
* Test endurance by sometimes working in demanding weather conditions.
* Achieve a daily sense of accomplishment with minor demolition work and rewarding projects such as constructing walls, outdoor kitchens, paver patios, stone paths, and water features.
