**Customer Service Representative**
Pablo Designs, a small, vibrant and growing lighting manufacturer in San Francisco seeks a Customer Service Representative. This candidate must be dynamic with attention to detail, efficient, and have a desire to help create systems and policies.
**Principle Duties / Responsibilities:**
- Sales Order Processing
* Including: customer set up, Order entry (web portal 55%; email 45%), capturing payment when required.
* Process customer Returns and issue Credit Memo for the authorized returns
- General Customer Service
* Answer customer phone calls, and emails related to (product questions, availability, troubleshooting or catalog requests, purchase orders, order status).
* Inform customers about our new products and advise them on products that may suit their needs.
* Process and follow up on Damage Claims
- Sales & Marketing
* Provide access to media Files, online brochures and images.
* Support sales on inquiries from designers, architects and contractors regarding large projects.
**Required Knowledge / Skills:**
* Consumer Service skills with technical product
* Able to function with a high level of independence while adhering to policies and procedures.
* Proven performance skills. Demonstrated ability to establish trust, communicate effectively and promote a positive work environment
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, positive and enthusiastic demeanor, willingness to learn, ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking skills required
* Must exhibit a professional, team oriented attitude with the ability to develop positive relationships with peers, managers and partner / vendor organizations
* Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Quickbooks a plus
* Lighting or furniture industry knowledge preferred
