We are a Series C-funded logistic technology company that has increased our revenue by 200% year over year, led by a leadership team of logistics veterans and experienced engineers, product leaders and data scientists continuing to disrupt this $800 billion industry.

This position will work closely with the operations team seeking new relationships through cold calling and nurturing established relationships**.**

**LOCATION: Chicago, IL** - we are operating with a hybrid environment where youre asked to come into our brand new, super fun office (free lunches/happy hours/games and more) during training and then come into the office at least 3 days a week

**WHAT YOU GET TO DO...** -Be part of our growing team to help further expand the company's carrier network by targeting and developing new enterprise carrier partners phone calls, email and in-person visits then maintaining those relationships with outstanding service -Negotiate market-driven rates and ensure shipment on-time performance metrics are me -Enable our for carrier partners and drivers to utilize our cutting edge online platform to communicate, book and track loads autonomously -Relay carrier feedback to our Product and Engineering teams continuously improve our technology to meet the needs of customers and carrier partners - Ensure carriers are compliant with Loadsmart standards

**WHAT ABOUT YOU** -No experience required! We are looking for self-starters -All our team goes through a 4-week onboarding training, assign an internal buddy to help you navigate your way around and continuous education to help you further your career -We offer career paths with quarterly developmental reviews, promotions and raises (based on your performance; ask your recruiter about our automatic CLEAR career progression program!)

**WORKING AT LOADSMART** **Prosperity** Starting base salary $45,000 that are reviewed quarterly - we believe in rewarding top talent (an average quarterly increase is $5,000) Sign-On bonus!
