The Engagement Center partners with MNU's constituents to enhance their donor journey. The Engagement Center pairs constituents with dynamic content and meaningful opportunities for volunteering, investment, and advocacy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Acts as a representative of MNU to alumni and donors
* Contacts an assigbned portfolio of donors via digital communications. Portfolios will include one or more of the following:
* Recent Graduates
* Reunion Alumni
* Professional & Graduate Alumni
* Sports Alumni
* Performing Arts Alumni
* Recent Donors
* Parents of Former Students
* Friends of the University
* Assist with data collection and written communications.

* Ability to make connections with alumni, donors, and peers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfort with a wide range of digital communication tools, including conversing on the phone
