POSITION SUMMARY Engages in patient care in the Clinic setting using specialized knowledge, judgment and skills. Conducts clinic office visits and/or telephone visits to assess and responds to the patient#s condition. Works under the oversight of a supervisory physician. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Licenses and Certifications Required Current ND Board Physician Assistant License required. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training, with certification every two (2) years, preferred. ACLS certification, with certification every two (2) years, preferred. Educational Requirements Education as required to obtain and keep current ND Physician Assistant license. Experience Requirements Extensive knowledge of established professional medical concepts, principals and practices, required. Experience in specialized medical areas, preferred. CPT coding knowledge, preferred. Special Skills or Training Requirements
