**Job Description**

The Operational Experience (OXP) Support Specialist for Customs plays a critical role in our corporate office in support of our core systems used by the company's brokerage operations, particularly exp.o Customs, Product/SKU Management (PSM) and Harmonized Schedule Service (HS). The Support Specialist communicates daily with branches around the world, solving issues, facilitating code releases and playing an active role in the development of exp.o Customs. As part of the team, the Support Specialist will be responsible for working with global customers, customs product leaders, incident problem management in a 24/7 environment, helping to identify issues and improving our processes and systems. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Responding to and resolving Support Tickets timely

* Facilitating support through research and resolution, and communication to users during system downtimes.

* Working with the Customs product team to identify training issues or opportunities for users.

* Working with the Customs product team and development to identify and prioritize application bugs

* Collaborating with other teams responsible for supporting applications that interact with exp.o Customs, PSM and HS

* Documenting knowledge solutions and workarounds for support troubleshooting

* Communicating with technical support at US Customs Border Protection (CBP)

**Qualifications**

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Exceptional customer service

* Superior organization skills

* Ability to create instructional and technical documentation

* Experienced problem solver

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Ability to resolve problems creatively using technology and research

* Skilled in applying a variety of triage and analysis techniques

* Knowledge of Unix, scripting, SQL and programming languages

* Experience in Customs brokerage operations

* Experience in Transportation and Logistics

* Experience improving processes

* Degree or comparable work experience

**Additional Information**

Position is full time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday. We are a business professional attire company.
