A small CPA firm in North Fresno is looking for an experience Accounting Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of general accounting concepts and outstanding Excel skills.

This position enters, organizes and manages financial data within Excel. You'll work as part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of operations. If you are passionate about numbers, accuracy, data analysis, and Excel we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Create and enter data into Excel spreadsheets
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline data entry, analysis and reporting
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with various accounting and administrative duties
- Track workflow and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects

Experience:

- Accounting clerk or bookkeeping experience
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
