Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney, Litigation located in Phoenix, AZ. Work from home is accommodated as needed. In the role of Associate Attorney, Litigation, the individual will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery documents, attending court proceedings, attending oral argument, participate in trials, and managing a high-volume caseload. The Associate Attorney, will also work collaboratively with clients and members of the legal team to provide effective legal solutions.

Qualifications - This is an entry level position requiring a license in Arizona

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission in good standing to the Arizona Bar Association
• Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated success in conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions and discovery documents
• Experience with e-Discovery tools
