**Selling:** The District Sales Manager is responsible for managing the Chem Feed/Dosing/Drinking Water Treatment (Disinfection) sales to existing and potential direct accounts. In addition to managing sales support to distribution partners which may include participation in closing an order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process. Grundfos employees must be the brand, live the brand, and present the brand. **Territory Planning:** The District Sales Manager must continually develop knowledge of the Drinking Water Treatment business, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts. The District Sales Manager will manage, maintain, and execute a Drinking Water Treatment territory plan. The District Sales Manager will continually manage current distribution channels, which would include evaluating their performance, including determining if a distribution channel requires additional training or even termination of the relationship. The District Sales Manager will manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans. The District Sales Manager will conduct extensive training on our DWT product portfolio which will include and not be limited to engineering firms, and end users. The District Sales Manager will deliver training on Grundfos Drinking Water Treatment products, applications, and sales processes, and will provide/facilitate training and education to all levels of the sales channel. The District Sales Manager will manage the selection process of new distributions channels in their area. **Reporting & Time Management:** The District Sales Manager will manage data relative to partners, accounts, and activities, and will document customer interactions. The District Sales Manager will prepare reporting as needed.
