Project Coordinator

Job Details

Experience :

• 1 to 5 years managing projects.
• Knowledge, Skills:
• Mechanical and HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Project Primavera, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

Knowledge :

• Understanding of utility rebates and performance contracting legislation is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with building codes, estimating, design verification, project scheduling, equipment start-up, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Education: Associate degree or equivalent required, Bachelor s degree preferred.
• Financial Acumen: Understand job financial reports and apply them in project management.
• Communication: Strong leadership, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
