Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Business Analyst on a 1-year contract with the potential for permanent employment. We are seeking a talented individual with a deep understanding of banking operations, treasury/lending/client services workflows within Salesforce, and experience with Fiserv integration. Your primary goal will be to enhance operational efficiency and streamline the customer onboarding process by challenging and optimizing existing workflows. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with on-site collaboration in Waltham.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand banking operations and identify areas for process improvement within Salesforce.
  • Analyze treasury, lending, and client services workflows to streamline processes and decrease customer onboarding time.
  • Challenge existing processes and propose innovative solutions to maximize efficiencies.
  • Work closely with technical teams to implement Salesforce enhancements and integrations with Fiserv.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and experience with Fiserv integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and challenge existing processes.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
