CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an Accounting Manager for a client in the insurance industry in North Dallas. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department, including AP, AR, B2B collections, and performance management for three AR Specialists. Qualified candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, previous leadership experience, the ability to foster a positive culture, and experience providing high levels of customer service. Requirements for the Accounting Manager:
- degree in finance, accounting, or business management preferred
- of 5 years of experience in both AP and AR, including B2B collections
- possess supervisory experience including performance management, training, and overall team leadership
- in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks or other major accounting software
- level of integrity and trustworthiness
- attention to detail
Compensation for the Accounting Manager:
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p (some flexibility available)
Salary/Pay: $80-85K/year (+/- based on experience)
Location: North Dallas, TX (100% onsite)
