What you will be doing... Your IMPACT
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on marine vessels, engines, and equipment, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on engines, propulsion systems, hydraulics, and other marine equipment.
- Utilize welding, machining, and fabrication skills to repair or fabricate parts as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and the team.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.
What we are looking for...
You will need to have
- 5 + years mechanical maintenance experience and repairs of associated equipment.
- Must meet ACBL physical examination requirements.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- Must possess and maintain an active TWIC.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must live within reasonable driving distance of assigned location.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
