They re seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Supervisor to join their expanding team, where you'll excel as a communicator, problem-solver, and advocate for excellence. This role promises a clear path to higher management within 3-5 years.
About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in producing high-quality products. We're looking for someone with leadership experience, technical proficiency, and a drive for continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of supervisory (leadership) experience.
2+ years of supervisory /leadership experience in a manufacturing environment required.
Ability to work night shifts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with technical and mechanical understanding.
Experience in medical device manufacturing and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and SAP preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to grow into higher management roles.
