As a Manager on the Financial Planning and Analysis Team, you will be responsible for performing advanced operational and financial analyses that help company leaders understand the impact of decisions on profitability, volume, and market share across multiple brands and locations. The role will partner closely with executive and operational leaders to solve problems and drive decisions that add value. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical ability, strong personal motivation, and interpersonal skills such that their curiosity for the business will enable them to present the compelling story that underlies the numbers. This position is very visible and accountable and reports to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
Four to six years of financial analysis experience; multi-location entities preferred
Financial modeling and data-driven operational analysis
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and teamwork skills
Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues with limited supervision
Ability to multi-task and change focus quickly
Well-developed Microsoft Office skills, experience with macros, complex formulas, and creating presentations
