DIVISION MANAGER TRAFFIC & INFRASTRUCTURE

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Reports to: Vice President

Compensation: $150 - $180K + Bonus

Responsibilities & Requirements of the DIVISION MANAGER TRAFFIC & INFRASTRUCTURE:

Bachelor s degree in business administration, construction management, or related highly preferred
Senior level management experience in construction or related industry
Proven ability to lead and oversee business operations with a focus on financial performance and growth
Keen business sense with a track record of recognizing and leveraging opportunities for advancement and creativity
Strong foundation in finance, project management, construction operations, and strategy
Cultivate a top-performing team with a culture of excellence and accountability with a focus on safety
Results-oriented and analytical with a drive for change
Provide strategic leadership and direction including setting goals, developing business plans, and implementing growth strategies
Ensure resource utilization, budget compliance, on-time project delivery, and regulatory compliance
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities focused on positive relationships able to engage with all levels both internal and external to the organization
Knowledge of soils, trenches, and infrastructure construction highly preferred
