Industrial Design Engineer


Job Details

This role sits within the Research & Development division and is a mixed role of design and implementing processes for product development on the factory. With a 25/75 percentage for design vs product implementation and processes.


Bachelor's Degree Required

5+ years of experience preferred (possible flexibility on years tenure)

2. Design and Manufacturing Solid understanding of product development for low to medium volume markets; Experience and understanding of manufacturing technologies such as lding, electronics assembly, packaging, quality engineering and product/reliability testing; Experience working with manufacturing sources in Asia; Ability to understand and lead personnel in all aspects of product design, engineering, quality, production, and supply chain.

3. Problem Solving Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Capable of defining a problem and developing a thorough list of potential causes and alternatives for correction. 4. 5.
