As a Supply Associate you ll be the liaison between our clients and our company, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order management, and unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Details of the fundamental role?
- Cultivate customer relationships and upsell supply needs while staying up to date on all products and serving as brand ambassador.
- Respond to customer orders by telephone and/or email in a timely manner
- Excel in precise order management, meticulous data handling, and seamless call documentation.
- Resolve order discrepancies and grievances to uphold company reputation.
- Champion customer satisfaction by swiftly resolving issues and exceeding expectations at every turn.
- Lend a helping hand as backup to the main phone line and service dispatch.
