Title: Packaging Production Designer
Salary- $40k-$55k
Hybrid- 3 days onsite in Philadelphia PA
MUST be flex if additional days in onsite are needed.

Clutch is looking for a Packaging Production Designer for a client of ours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop packaging mockups and artwork for production.
- Manage photography and product staging for various lines.
- Prepare and maintain packaging artwork for printing.
- Ensure packaging meets legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role (agency or CPG preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator with strong Photoshop editing skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Experience with packaging materials and printing a plus.
Bonus points for:
- CPG / Licensors experience
- 3D printing experience.
