Job Title: Industrial Electrician (Direct Hire)
Job Type: Full Time / Direct Hire
Location: Auburn, NY
Shift: Day shift /A Shift
Pay: $25- $35/hour DOE **

The Job Duties:
- Successful completion of electrical trade school, a 2 year degree in electrical field or a minimum of three (3) years of industrial electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of electrical principles and theory as well as practical experience.
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology and applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to work at hand.
- Organizing, planning and prioritization of work. Developing specific goal and plans for prioritizing and accomplishing tasks.
- Electrical support to the production and warehouse crews, maintain, troubleshoot or repair electrical and automation systems.
Preferred experience: Negotiable
- NFPA 70E training and applied experience
- Knowledge of automation and networking equipment and processes such as PID / closed loop control systems, networking tools and standards, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) (ABB / Rockwell) and HMI programming and troubleshooting. **Programming preferred
- Overhead Crane knowledge and repair experience
- Basic pneumatic and hydraulic systems knowledge
- Boiler and steam experience
- Ensure the safety of all electrical systems within the facility
- Facility-wide electrical support for all areas
- Work in coordination with engineers and other technicians when working with devices and circuits
Background Profile:
- Industrial electrician experience
- OSHA 10-hr/30-hr is a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot, program, and debug AB & Siemens PLCs, HMIs, relay-based circuits, and networking
- Ability to troubleshoot, replace, and programming PLC s programming is not required
