The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Chief AI Scientist to lead our rapidly growing AI research team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of top AI researchers, engineers, and data scientists.
- Develop and implement a strategic research roadmap aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Conduct and oversee cutting-edge research in AI subfields relevant to financial services, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies with the potential to disrupt and transform the financial services industry.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other business units to translate research findings into commercially viable AI solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field from a top university.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience leading and conducting research in AI, with a proven track record of impactful publications and research contributions.
- Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of AI, including machine learning, deep learning, and relevant subfields (e.g., NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning).
