Job Details

The Account Executive at HydroPeptide plays a critical role in boosting B2B sales revenue in Florida by cultivating relationships with spa and medical accounts. This position demands exceeding sales targets and business goals. We're actively seeking candidates based in Tampa or Orlando, who are licensed estheticians and preferably, fluent in English and Spanish to effectively engage with diverse clientele in Florida.


As an Account Executive, your responsibilities include meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual territory sales and new business goals. You'll represent HydroPeptide with utmost professionalism and develop meaningful, profitable business plans with existing accounts to maximize their potential. Identifying, managing, and executing prospecting opportunities for profitable growth is crucial. Ensuring accurate account notes in Salesforce, staying updated on product education, and proactively adapting strategies to industry changes are essential. You'll also train accounts on HydroPeptide products, organize special events for sales and brand loyalty, and attend relevant sales meetings, seminars, conferences, and tradeshows. Additional responsibilities may arise as the position evolves.


We want you to have:

  • B2B Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven success in business-to-business sales, aligning with our core value of High Performance and showcasing a track record of exceeding targets while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
  • Esthetician License: Possession of a valid esthetician license, reflecting a dedication to Integrity by ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the industry and transparent communication with clients.
  • Territory Management: Proven experience in managing a large territory, demonstrating strategic thinking and a focus on cultivating and nurturing relationships in line with our commitment to Clinical Results.

  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Resides in either Tampa or Orlando, or within the broader territory of Florida.
