Fast-growing, veterinarian service organization that operates as a business partner to many veterinarian practices across the US is hiring for a Veterinary Regional Manager to manage its locations in Texas and Louisiana. Preferred location is Houston / Southeast Texas. The position requires travel to practices several days a week. A company car is provided.
The Veterinary Regional Manager will work with the Regional Director, the Vice President of Operations, the Veterinary Partner Doctors, and the Practice Managers to enhance performance at their respective hospitals. You will also work with the Internal Operations team to lead the implementation of initiatives and projects at the hospitals in your region.
Qualifications include:
- Strong communication, team building, and leadership skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations for a multi-site operator in the veterinary, dental, or medical industries.
- Self-starter who is excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment and can take initiative.
- Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing budgets and financial statements.
