Position Summary

The Senior HR business partner manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our business stakeholders. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.


Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with business leaders to identify people-related problems or potential and provide professional support in the design and execution of HR related strategy.
  • Work on employee relations issues that are sensitive and typically can only be successfully completed with limited time, such as conducting workplace investigations and advising on challenging employee situations
  • Work to solve complex problems from critical organizational and people issues to culture and change management.
  • Develops initiatives like culture familiarity, succession planning, diversity, and inclusion
  • Support business leaders to improve their people management skills, ensure the smooth communication and feedback between leaders and their teams
  • Partner with managers on performance management, employee engagement and development, team effectiveness, and developing best practices to promote employee engagement, to enable a high-performing workforce that contributes to the company's strategic growth.
  • Work together closely with COE teams and HR shared service center team in implementing the HR policies, systems, regulations, and key HR projects, to ensure the ultimate goal, the long-term success of the business.


Skills Required


  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a complex and agile work environment
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
  • Stellar internal and external customer service focus
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills


Qualifications :


  • 7+ years HR experience, HRBP experience preferred.
  • Experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting.
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently.
  • Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action planning.
  • Interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge and experience in E-commerce business are preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience, Masters degree in human resources or related field will be a plus.
