Medieval Times Arizona is looking for a **Group Sales Manager** to join our team!

We are searching for a Group Sales Manager who will lead the inside sales team with a focus on closing and managing group bookings.
Who You Are
You could be the right Group Sales Manager for our team if you
Genuinely love the close: creating connections through discovery, selling experiences, and providing exceptional guest service
Are well networked with an established book of business in your market
Can lead and manage a team of inside sales professionals
Bring energy and enthusiasm to every guest interaction
Are extremely detail oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task
Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
What You Would Do
Group Sales Managers at Medieval Times
Lead the inside sales department to sell and close a large volume of group sales inquiries
Are self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sell the Medieval Times experience to corporate, SMERF, school, tour and travel, and social groups
Take a guest-focused approach to sales that is centered on creating meaningful connections
Proactively sell upgrade packages and experiences
Analyze and deliver sales forecasts, performance, and trends with solutions for opportunity areas
Partner with the entire Sales and Marketing team to help deliver on total sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat and referral business
What Youve Already Done
Wed love it if you
Were pretty tech savvy Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn, social media, etc
Have a bachelors degree
Have hospitality sales experience
