Job Details
* Process scanned Bill of Landings from drivers and close orders in the ERP system
* Monitor Electronic logging and assist with troubleshooting errors
* Maintain accurate customer information in our clients databases and software programs
* Process return product from customer back into the plant
* Process incoming orders for customers delivers
* Monitor electronic logging system on drivers and make corrections when needed
* Basic housekeeping duties to include stocking supplies for drivers
* Coordinate breakdown of trucks and trailers with employees and vendors
* Process driver paperwork after they complete runs
* Work with plant employees to make sure trucks are loaded correctly
* Coordinate product pick-up for full truck load and LTL shipments
* Assist with resolution of customer delivery issues and customer complaints in a timely manner
* Equipment checks on trailers in yard
* Perform monthly inventory counts, as needed
* Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
* Must be comfortable using various computer programs (ERP preferred)
* Great organizational skills
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* HS Diploma or GED is required
