Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Operations & Logistics position at Seafood Imports in San Diego, CA. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to administrative assistance, customer service, finance, and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Answering phones and have excellent customer service skills
- Assistance with Sales orders and logistic/ shipping scheduling
- Create and send customers Invoices
- Data Entry and Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Inventory reconciliation
- Maintain up-to-date import schedules and provide accurate reports regularly
- Incoming/Outgoing Emails
- General Office/Clerical & Operational Support
Requirements
- US legal work permission
- Ability to multi-task, analyze and resolve problems, determine priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze and report on data.
- Current authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent organizational/detail skills
- QuickBooks or similar
- Computer skills (MS Office/Mac similar) required Microsoft Excel
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
This position is full-time, with a base salary and a benefits package. The ability to work from our San Diego, CA location is required.
