**Client Support Warehouse Specialist**
**Primary Location** Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota **Job ID** R100644 **Job Summary**
The Client Support Warehouse Specialist is primarily responsible for managing IT inventory, including computer hardware and peripherals. This role also has responsibilities for organizing and maintaining the IT warehouse, receiving and shipping product, and conducting inventories.
**Essential Functions**
* Perform assigned operational tasks, including product receiving and shipment and organization of racking and shelving
* Assist with IT fulfillment activities, including purchasing, repairs, and shipment of IT hardware and software
* Deliver and pick up equipment to and form multiple locations
* Conduct periodic inventory counts in accordance with company policy
* Respond to client support issues and assist with escalation as directed
* Consistently follow Patterson Incident Management Process and Methodology
* Effectively communicate with other support resources and management during incident/problem resolution
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Job Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Understanding of inventory, inventory control, and warehouse operations
* Understanding of shipping packages through UPS/FedEx and other carriers
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Highly motivated, ability to take ownership of assignments, and able to work efficiently with limited supervision
* Strong work ethic and commitment to accomplish assigned task
* Valid drivers license and a good driving record
* Ability to lift 75 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of computer hardware and accessories
* Forklift experience
