Job Description Customer Service Representative - ( 2104414 ) **Description**

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide a professional and consistent customer service support to our military customer base.

***Customer Relationship Management***

* First point of contact for sales & customers

* Primary supply chain interface to sales & customers

* Resolve customer business issues

* Attend meetings, conference calls

* Relationship development

* Subject Matter Expert for ITAR (Intl Traffic in Arms Regulations) and DPAS (Defense Property Accountability System) Govt Rated Orders specific to desk responsibilities

***Customer Advocacy/Problem Resolution***

* Lead customer escalations

* Understanding of Customer business processes

* Analyze and work with customer to provide forecast and backlog at lead time

* Initiate communication of supply chain disruptions and coordinate effective resolutions

***Tactical Service Support***

* Quoting (Price, MPQ, MOQ, Lead Time, stock availability, no bids)

* Order Entry & maintenance (Reschedule & cancellation)

* Delivery improvement, shipment follow up and shipment tracking

* Daily interface with customers (Phone, email, Customer WEB)

* Manage customer requirement to meet customer expectations

* Reporting (Mismatch, Line Down Maintenance)

**Qualifications**

* Thorough understanding of supply chain management

* Customer service skills, data analytical and problem solving skills

* Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals

* Strong Interpersonal skills

* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

* Able to work across different businesses and disciplines within onsemi

+ GSCO (Global Supply Chain Operations)

+ Document Control

* Motivational skills, innovative/Creative skills

* Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers

* Ability to utilize general computer literacy

* Good Math proficiency

* Must complete ITAR Training

**System Knowledge:**

* Microsoft Office

* Oracle is a plus

* ModelN is a plus

**Required Qualifications:**

* BS degree or equivalent experience

* US Citizen

This is individual will be required to obtain security clearance, passing a background check and be fingerprinted.
