Position: Event Host/Venue Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Description:
As an Event Host/Venue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our events from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests throughout the event planning process.
- Managing all aspects of event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of vendors.
- Providing exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations and create memorable experiences.
- Overseeing event staff and ensuring smooth execution of all event operations.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the venue to uphold our standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Google Suites and Event management software is a plus.
Pay Rate: $30/hour
