**Packaging and Inventory Management Supervisor**

As a Packaging and Inventory Management Supervisor, you will provide day to day leadership for all Lot Processing activities including but not limited to: lyophilization, irradiation, allograft movement/storage, shipping/receiving, inspections, and final packaging.

**First Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM**

**Essential Job Functions:**

* Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the labeling and Lot Processing team across all shifts.

* Select, hire, onboard, train and develop employees.

* Prioritize workflow and ensure product needed for shipments are completed correctly and on time.

* Continually assess process improvements for efficiency and accuracy as business needs grow and change.

* Lead teams to solve problems and analyze issues, report and analyze area metrics, and develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.

* Develop, implement and manage all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Track, resolve and validate Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and customer complaints issued to the area.

* Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

* Accountable for the performance and results of the labeling and post processing team.

* Utilize process analysis and improvement to improve departmental performance.

* Monitor equipment, including freeze driers, refrigerators, and freezers to ensure they are running within set parameters. Coordinate maintenance requests, as needed.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

High School or better.

**Experience**

**Required**

2 years progressive experience including leading a multifaceted production department in tissue banking, pharmaceutical, or other manufacturing environment.

Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) certification within 2 years of hire.

Must work on-call or off-shift/weekend hours as needed.

Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.

**Preferred**

Bachelors degree in Business or Life Sciences.

Previous Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Regulatory Affairs experience.

Prior inventory or production management.

Technical and professional expertise; solving problems, analyzing issues and innovation.

Proven ability to inspire individuals and develop functional teams that commit to collectively working towards the achievement of corporate objections.

Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements from AABB, AATB, FDA, OSHA & ISO.

Sound knowledge and understanding of GMP requirements and industry standards.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with individuals or in groups and articulate a motivating message that compels others to higher performance goals.

Coaching experience and a commitment to staff growth and development.
