As a BOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food & drink orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times.
Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing quality food and excellent customer service.
Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
Customer service duties:
- Greeting customers.
- Taking customer orders.
- Completing transactions on the cash register.
- Operating the drive-thru window.
- Restocking supplies.
- Maintaining a clean store environment.
*Daytime and Evening positions are available*
Requirements- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be friendly and outgoing in order to provide excellent customer service.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 5 hours.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Experience in foodservice is preferred but not necessary.
