Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in San Carlos, CA
If you're organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our operations, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
Provide clerical, administrative, and data entry support
Collect, review, and analyze data; prepare reports, charts, and budgets
Schedule, coordinate, and maintain calendar appointments and department meetings
Assist in coordinating office and/or departmental operations
Maintain, organize, and file records, receipts, spreadsheets, databases, and confidential documents.
Reconcile department spending, and track department budget and expenses.
Process invoices and expense reports, compile travel authorizations and route for approval.


Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred
