**Bilingual Customer Support Specialist**

**Job Description**
The Customer Representative will be responsible for providing high quality, professional day to day service.
The ideal candidate will manage requests/queries and provide
technical support with an emphasis on building and nurturing customer and businesses relationship.
This position fulfills inquiries, provides support, as well as ensures adherence to customer service standards for each customer segment.
The incumbent will coordinate with other functions within Company as needed. The incumbent will be required to process orders, manage customer complaints, and/or customer issues and support
customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma (post-secondary degree is preferred) and experience in a customer service or professional services environment where
they have developed a professional telephone manner and effective interpersonal communication skills.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have a sense of ownership, the ability to deal with issues with a sense of urgency and a commitment to continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction that translates into solid performance metric results.
Emotional intelligence with good judgment, composure under pressure and effective conflict resolution skills are also required.
**Responsibilities**
Strong technical skills in order to manipulate a variety of
applications including Microsoft Office, Brilliant Distinction systems, and preferred call center technologies include SAP, CRM, CTI and/or Web as required. Solid knowledge of
Companys processes, procedures, policies and products is expected. The ability to multitask (i.e. speaking, typing and browsing for information at the same time) is required.
**Qualifications**
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience.
