**Job Description:**
As a Financial Advisor at World Financial Group (WFG), you will be responsible for providing personalized financial guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their finances and achieve their financial goals. **Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct thorough financial assessments for clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
2. Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, incorporating investment strategies, retirement planning, insurance coverage, and estate planning.
3. Educate clients about various financial products and services available, including mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, and retirement accounts.

5. Assist clients in implementing their financial plans, including opening investment accounts, purchasing insurance policies, and allocating assets according to their investment objectives.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant advice.

9. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements governing the financial services industry, ensuring ethical conduct and adherence to professional standards.
10. Collaborate with other members of the WFG team to provide holistic financial solutions to clients and support the overall growth and success of the organization.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or related roles preferred.
3. Strong understanding of financial concepts, investment principles, and retirement planning strategies.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
5. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating trustworthiness and professionalism.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
8. Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Series 7 license are advantageous.
