**Technician Support Specialist M/F/X** Permanent position | Full-Time | Mobile, Alabama At Scalian, we are a leading multinational engineering consulting firm with 3500 specialists and over 30 years of experience.
We are specialized in Digital Systems (IT & Software and Systems Engineering) and Industrial Performance (Quality Assurance, Supply Chain and Project Management).

? Coordinate migration plan and testing of devices with warehouse end users and operations team.
? Document as-built solutions and update asset database accordingly.
? Participate in team meetings and project planning sessions as necessary.
? Provide updates, recommendations, and other feedback on the state of assigned duties. ?Background in Information Technology and hands-on End-User Support required.
? Professional IT support certifications such as A+, **ITIL, Microsoft IT, or Google IT** preferred.
? Previous experience working in a **manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment** is preferred.
? Experience with configuring and supporting computers, tablets, handheld barcode or RF scan guns, industrial printers, and other industrial smart tools or systems with programmable or smart interfaces required.
? Experience with configuring and supporting **Microsoft Windows 7 & 10 Operating Systems**, as well as Linux and Android required.
? Experience with supporting endpoint protection, antivirus, backup, and monitoring applications preferred.
? Experience with help-desk ticketing and **ITSM management** type applications such as ServiceNow preferred.
? Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised to complete tasks on-time.
? Ability to build relationships with great written and oral communication skills.
? Ability to follow all site safety and compliance rules, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and respecting FOD-free zones as required.
? Willingness to work with diverse, multi-functional, & cross-divisional teams as required.
? Knowledge of Google Workspace (G-Suite) and/or Microsoft Office tools (Excel & Viso desired). **?** To acquire experience in different **critical industries and projects** while working for the same company;
