Accountabilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Maintain a strong and positive work ethic and total commitment to success daily
  • Maintain agency management system
  • Assist customers with policy changes
  • Participate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developments
  • Provide support to team members to reach agency performance goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

ExperienceInsurance or Other Business-Related Experience

Licenses & CertificationsCurrent Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within 90 days
