Introduction: We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Bentonville/Rogers, AR. This role is critical for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels across our distribution channels, and providing direct support to major retail partners. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will work closely with supply chain, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, ensure efficient product replenishment, and support sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
On-Site Operation Support:
- Maintain daily/weekly contact with the operation/replenishment team to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies, monitor inventory levels and manage orders to ensure timely replenishment.
- Manage operations to ensure compliance with the regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with China/Atlanta team to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on operation performance and provide guidance and support.
Marketing Support (All Channels): Assist the marketing team with in-store promotions and other needs at retailer locations.
Sales Support (All Channels): Assist the sales team in preparing meeting materials, analyzing point-of-sale (POS) and planogram (POG) data, and other sales support activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, replenishment, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Familiarity with retail systems and advanced Excel skills.
