Job Insights:
- Current Bar Admission in the US, preferably New York.
- Experience - Minimum 2 years in the field.
- Skills: Contract drafting, negotiation, strong planning & organizational skills, very strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex matters for a broad business audience, fluency in Microsoft O365
- Project management skills - i.e., the ability to innovate solutions on complex issues and execute programs that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity, and build teams across multiple functions to close deals for senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience High Technology legal support experience
- Ability to read or speak either German or Mandarin
