The Role:

As a foundational member of Greenlight, you'll work directly with the Managing Partner, and Head of Talent to scale our sales strategy with enterprise and mid-market advertisers across the brand and agency ecosystem. This role is a distinctive chance for someone eager to join a pioneering talent representation business alongside creators who are reshaping entertainment for the next wave of consumers. You'll play a crucial role in the success of globally recognized digital talent.


The expected annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $160,000, total OTE $200,000 - $320,000.



Responsibilities

  • Generate significant new revenue by fostering partnerships between Greenlight clients and enterprise & mid-market advertisers.
  • Take full ownership of the sales process and customer journey, from initial prospecting to closing deals and supporting new advertisers in achieving success with Greenlight clients.
  • Promote and educate potential brand partners on the effectiveness and performance of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and sponsored content led by creators.
  • Cultivate and nurture key relationships with both new and existing brand partners.
  • Demonstrate exceptional prospecting skills, consistently scheduling 15+ outbound meetings per week through a personalized and systematic approach.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies aimed at surpassing ambitious yet attainable sales targets.
  • Contribute to the creation of the brand sales playbook at Greenlight, establishing scalable processes for future team members.
  • Maintain meticulous organization and effectively manage the sales pipeline, providing detailed updates in the CRM system.



Qualifications

  • 5+ years' of experience in sales and ideally 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • Experience selling to media buyers and performance marketers at large enterprises, agencies, and mid-market companies
  • Demonstrated success in consistently surpassing sales targets and a proven history of victories.
  • Passionate commitment to influencers and the creator economy.
  • Proficiency in engaging and collaborating with C-Level executives from both brands and agencies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of working directly with brands and cultivating relationships with agency counterparts.
  • Location requirement: Based in Los Angeles.
