Location: Remote Geographic assigned regions based in Florida.
Introduction:
Piper & Skye is seeking hard-working and experienced US Regional Wholesale Sales Representatives to join our team immediately. As a luxury brand dedicated to sustainability, we believe in creating products that not only enhance style but also contribute positively to our planet. With a focus on ethical sourcing waste reduction and small-batch production. We strive to make a meaningful impact on the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners within assigned regions.
Drive sales growth by presenting our luxury handbags and accessories to potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers, ensuring satisfaction and
loyalty.
Stay updated on industry & digital trends and initiatives along with competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Provide excellent brand experience, both written and in-person, for all buyers and
customers through superior product knowledge, merchandise engagement, and informed
advice.
Maintain Piper & Skye s culture of excellence in every client interaction and within
every aspect of the sales/team experience.
Identify the client s needs and provide personalized frame styling utilizing a
thorough understanding of the collection as well as the brand s history and
craftsmanship.
Maintain digital showroom on JOOR.
Established industry leads and clientele is a definite plus.
Develop strong, effective relationships with distributors/partners that help
identify opportunities to grow the business with current and potential accounts.
Track monthly progress by geographical region and order fulfillment, including
processing and shipping orders.
Work closely with the Management team to provide accurate lead times.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods, handbag accessories field with proven results.
- Ability to work independently and remotely and available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Passion for sustainability and ethical business practices.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Quick response time, willingness to think critically, anticipate future chain of events and pivot plans seamlessly.
- Excellent digital communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Digital experience is a must. Knowledge of current sales technology and experience with JOOR.
- Customer-centric approach to sales with a passion for helping others. Knowledge of direct-to-consumer is important.
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, warm, and personable.
- Sophisticated sense of style.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Curious with a self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
- Very responsive, problem solver, enthusiastic, and a people person.
- A valid driver's license and vehicle is required.
- Fluent in Spanish is an asset but not a prerequisite.
