LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting a Litigation Paralegal for a regional law firm client in Atlanta, GA. The litigation paralegal position allows for a hybrid worksite schedule, after a training and probationary period. This group is looking for someone who is excited to work with a busy and productive team.
Responsibilities
- Provide general paralegal support to attorneys in litigation practice
- Draft legal documents, reports, summaries and correspondence
- Draft pleadings, including answers, motions, notices, orders, calendar requests, subpoenas, affidavits, and other court filings;
- Prepare for depositions, settlement conferences, motions, trials and hearings
- Liaise with clients, providing updates and gathering information
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience, supporting a civil litigation practice
- Bachelor s degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Proficiency with MS Office package and legal billing software
- Strong project and case management skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
