Our client, a unique AmLaw 200 firm that is also a Benefit Corporation, seeks a counsel-level attorney to join its IP team, focusing on trademark law. Copyright, patent, trade secret, and counseling experience is also desired. The incoming attorney will support highly sophisticated clients (i.e. Snapchat, TikTok, SkyDance) and be part of an incredibly collegial and supportive team, encouraging growth into a Partner position. The firm offers flexible hybrid/remote work options and has a low 1650 billable hours expectation (1800 hours total; 1650 must be billed to clients, 150 may be fulfilled with pro bono work, community service, and prof dev efforts). The preferred work arrangements for this role would be hybrid in LA, although attorneys based elsewhere in California will be considered as well. CA bar admission is required. Base compensation is $225-$300k.
