Image Options, IOLT (Image Options Leadership Training) program is designed for talented recent college graduates, who have demonstrated leadership traits, creative leanings, and enthusiasm for life. We don t care about your work experience, the IOLT program will provide that.
Image Options, headquartered in Foothill Ranch, California is one of North America s s leading creators and designers, producers of visual environments for corporate, retail and event space. With locations in Orange County and the Bay area, our staff of nearly 150 employees have perfected the art of delivering superior visuals.
We are looking for a few talented people to join the IOLT program. The first six-months of the program will consist of a one-month training, followed by a more in-depth five-month rotational period in which you learn all aspects of the business, from customer service and marketing to finance, and project management. We will discover together where your talents and interest intersect and after those six-months you will focus building your career in that area.
The program is a fully compensated program. We know that our investment in your development is what will strengthen our future.
