Overview: The National Accounts division seeks to partner and provide top staffing solutions to some of our largest customers across the United States to support their hiring needs and better their organizations. This organization primarily supports clients within the Finance, Technology, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, and Government space, amongst other verticals and accounts for roughly 70% of our total annual revenue. With increasing numbers of open positions at our largest clients, we have an urgent need to aid in recruiting efforts to assist our clients in their hiring processes. The recruiting coordinator will work amongst our team to help submit quality candidates to these openings at our National Accounts.
Day to Day Responsibilities: The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will be dedicated to supporting a portfolio of accounts within our National Accounts program. Within your portfolio you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, submitting of candidates into these accounts respective hiring portals and assisting with the coordination of interviews. You will be responsible for submitting roughly 15 profiles daily to your portfolio to ensure our key deliverables are met in terms of providing quality candidates to our customers.
Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of working experience (part time or full time)
- Strong experience working within the Microsoft Office product suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate and present effectively with internal management
- High character, hard work ethic, eagerness to learn, and excitement to work in a collaborative and fun environment
