Litigation Attorney Commercial Litigation
Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, PLC seeks an attorney with at least two years of law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm s commercial litigation practice area. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in all facets of litigation, including case investigation, pre-trial discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trials. While experience in commercial litigation is a plus, attorneys who have demonstrated a proficiency in litigation in other substantive legal areas such as family law or criminal law are also invited to apply. Candidates should be organized and able to manage deadlines. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, leadership and communication skills.
