Our client in Horicon, WI is searching for a talented Desktop Support Lead to join their growing team! In this exciting contract-to-hire role (3-6 months), you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional technical support while fostering a collaborative team environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead by example, troubleshooting general software and hardware issues for desktops and devices.
  • Leverage your 4+ years of Microsoft experience (level 1-3 support) to manage Active Directory tasks like user creation and deletion.
  • Utilize your extensive software and hardware troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical challenges.
  • Foster a positive team environment by mentoring and guiding colleagues, drawing on your leadership and soft skills.


What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Desktop Support or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory (level 1-3 support).
  • Extensive knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting methodologies.
  • A passion for leading by example and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
