Operations Manager


Job Details

Our client, a cart based mobile tech company, is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead a small team in day-to-day operations. You'll be collaborating with various cross-functional teams within the company, managing timelines for projects, and overseeing implementation of equipment in order to support the health systems operations.


Ideal candidate would have experience in operations and business management in the equipment manufacturing business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Order Management and Execution: Develop comprehensive plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources while also monitoring order management progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to stay on track
  • Business Process Integration: Collaborate with internal team and external partners, deliver efficient business processes, and conduct performance assessments
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long term partnerships
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Conduct regular audits and evaluations
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed order management documentation (progress reports, delivery status, key milestone dates, etc.)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or related
  • Experience in operations management, specifically in business process integration for equipment within healthcare technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of MS Office, CRM Systems, and ERP Systems
